Peter Dill
Mr. Dill has thirty plus years
experience in automotive safety research and development, accident
reconstruction, motor vehicle product defect (air bags, seat belts, fuel systems,
fires, converters, seat back failure, rollover, front, rear and side impact, crashworthiness),
concept vehicle design as scientist, project manager, senior project engineer, designer,
development, manufacturing and test engineer.
He has represented clients in automotive, motorcycle, jet ski, eighteen
wheel truck, fork truck, refuse truck, bicycle and pedestrian impact type
cases. The cases have involved fatalities/injuries from air bags, passive
and active belts, warning labels, fuel system leaks and fires, cruise
controls, transmission park-to-reverse, brakes, tires, axle failures, seats,
roof crush, side/door impact, roll over, center of gravity and moments of
inertia, vehicle handling dynamics, suspension an chassis design and other
manufacturing defects. |
